Board Member & Founder

Miguel is a Founding Partner of The Boardroom. With over 25 years of experience in the executive search sector, managing talent and leading various companies and business projects in the world of executive search, he helps organizations and professionals with their transformation and growth strategies. Graduated as an Industrial Engineer from ICAI, with a PhD in Business and Economics from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and the University of Deusto, and an Executive MBA from IESE, he is the author of several scientific publications and research on corporate governance, leadership, and executive selection.

Thomas Moericke

Advisory Board Member

Thomas has led global businesses in consumer, luxury, and optical, driving their growth and transformation. He led the expansion of GVO Optic and was a member of the Executive Committee of Safilo Group. At Mondelez, he participated in key acquisitions such as United Biscuits, Lu, and Cadbury. He started in marketing at Beiersdorf-Nivea, Quaker Oats, and Imperial Tobacco. He has also advised private equity funds and strategic consulting firms. His experience combines strategy and execution, leading business transformation, organizational optimization, and talent development. He holds a degree from ICADE and is fluent in Spanish, German, English, and Portuguese.

Guido Stein

Guido is a professor in the Department of People Management in Organizations and Director of the Negotiation Unit. He is a partner at Inicia Corporate (M&A and Corporate Finance). He holds a PhD in Philosophy (Management) from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE, University of Navarra. Prof. Stein advises business owners and management committees. He is a member of The International Academy of Management and the International Advisory Board (MCC) (Budapest), and a contributor to People and Strategy Journal, Corporate Ownership & Control, Harvard Deusto Business Review, European Business Review, and Expansión.

Gennaro Bifulco

Gennaro has been CEO of Apple in Spain for 15 years. A seasoned CEO with over 20 years of experience in management and technology, he has extensive experience leading diverse geographic areas and successfully opening new markets. He is skilled in strategic planning, innovation, and team building, and has a track record of creating and leading teams, driving growth and profitability. He currently serves on the advisory boards of corporations and investment funds in various geographies.

Manuel del Río

Manuel has a solid track record as Chairman of the Board of Directors at DANOSA. He has forged a career defined by strategic leadership and the ability to guide organizations toward digital transformation, innovation, and significantly contributing to technological advancement in his sector, over 60 years of family business ownership. He has co-founded several companies and managed the integration and entry of private capital to support the growth and improve the governance of his companies.

Fernando de las Cuevas

Advisory Board Member

Fernando is a Partner in the Corporate M&A and International Development department at the law firm Ramón y Cajal, where he joins after a long career at Gómez Acebo y Pombo. He has advised on many of the largest acquisitions and integrations in Spain in recent years and has also served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for numerous companies, including Google, FCC, and ITP. He is the author of various publications on commercial matters. He holds a degree in Law with a specialization in economics, a Diploma in European Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges), and a PIL training from Harvard Law School. He works and is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
