We provide experts and advisors from all industries and backgrounds, fostering mutually beneficial interactions between these thought leaders, advisors, and board members, who help shape important projects and decisions in the business world.
What you can do with us?
As an expert and advisor, you can contribute your knowledge and expertise to companies, answering industry and business-related questions, serving on boards of directors and advisory councils, and accessing specific or long-term projects and investment opportunities. You can provide expert insights and knowledge through specific consultations or individually contracted sessions, charging for your services by the month, hour, or session.

When our clients come to us with a specific knowledge and professional profile, we search our extensive global network for experts who can offer context, perspectives, and the specific experience the client is seeking. We then contact them to verify this information and introduce them to our client, supporting them throughout the entire process.

How is the process?
If a member of The Boardroom team has contacted you, it is because they have identified you as a relevant expert for a specific client project or as the right fit for a board position at a particular company.

They will share details of the project scope, the required knowledge and experience, and check for conflicts with their specific requirements and needs. The purpose is to ensure that you bring the required experience and that the project fits with your professional and financial interests.

There are different services you can offer as an Expert and Board Member. These include individual consultations, board membership, participation as an interim leader on a specific project, or projects may arise to offer your knowledge through in-company training, webinars, conferences, masterclasses, and more.

The Boardroom team handles all administration and management. Once the service and contract terms have been agreed upon, The Boardroom will directly pay you the net fee established per project, less The Boardroom's fee, either a single payment for a specific service or for attendance at each board meeting.
